Reservation Policy or T & C

​

  • Marijuana or similar type of drugs are strictly not allowed on our property under any circumstances. If you use them then we will have to inform authorities.

  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, lobby, kitchen, dressing room, bathroom. These have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.

  • Pan Masala or tobacco eating is not allowed.​

  • Alcohol is permitted only in limited quantity for personal use only. Guest/s can not have drink party at our premises.

  • We do not allow visitors on the property.

  • No loud music please.

  • We do not allow pets. Only in special circumstances, we can consider it. But Guest must discuss with us prior to bringing any pet. Charges for pet will apply.

  • Guest/s Must have proper ID outside of Lucknow. For domestic guests we require Aadhar Card, D/L. 

  • For Foreigners, we need Valid Passport (minimum 06 months validity), valid Visa, PIO Card (in case of a person of Indian origin).

  • Due to Covid-19, we are not allowing citizens of certain countries. Kindly check with us.​

  • We open our doors at 6.00 AM and close at 9.00 PM.

  • Please finish all your work before and respect our privacy and timings.​

  • We request you to take care of all glasses, electrical items. Any breakages will be charged as per the current prices - cost & workmanship.

  • On property, especially in the common places you need to wear double mask, sanitize your hands.

  • We value your booking and your future stay with us. In order to safeguard all your guests, our servants and ourselves we need CORONA NEGATIVE Vaccination reports (Negative RT-PCR certificate not older than 72 hours. 

  • Further, we need you to fill this Google form for line check in forms.https://gle/LiX9xR3AaJHrchdu8. Please copy this link in your browser, fill the form and submit to us with your picture ID. 

  • Kindly note that as per the Government directives, we are not allowing any guests without Corona negative report. We request you to cooperate with us.
